Pros

Great working environment, above average pay, and great exposure to the field. Everyone is helpful and you are assigned meaningful projects, not just busy work. Hunter seems very committed to their employees and offers an impressive reward system/benefit package to full-time employees. Great experience!

Cons

Co-ops are not eligible for holiday pay, but that is pretty standard in the industry.

No personal days, no doctor's excuse policy, favoritism, not enough pay for doing several different jobs some of them higher pay rates
