It has a cheap and good gym with free trainers, activities for the employees, most people are complacent where they are at

Cons

Bringing issues to HR will not do much if anything at all. People with severe complains have lasted over a decade with piling, serious complains like SH, theft, etc.

I have worked for this company for over 11 years. The company culture is amazing. More like family atmosphere. If I require assistance with my job, a simple phone call and I have help from senior management. I would highly recommend any position at Hunter Industries .

Cons

Many current employees are very happy with their positions. Therefore, it is difficult to get promoted. Other than that, I have no cons for working for Hunter.
