Hunter Industries has a old school corporate mentality and are not keeping up with modern companies benefit offerings and managerial styles. There is an expectation that all projects must be completed within an unattainable timeframe. There so many meetings, and not a good use of time. Micro managing and a lack of autonomy which creates a toxic work environment.
