Some of the employees jobs require them to read instructions in English, but some can't even read or comprehend English, so they ask one of the friends or other workers to translate for them. This makes it hard to do your job because part of your review is based on the personal development of the employees, so your are graded on the personal hiring of employees who were never qualified for the job from the beginning because of this fact. So because of this issue, you have to do more hands on management and a lot more babysitting to make sure that basic instructions are understood. Very frustrating.
