Poor Management

Pros

Pay is hourly plus commission. It’s a little more reliable if that’s what you’re looking for.

Cons

Poor management. Too many managers for only a few people.

Pros

Paid training, almost unlimited. Great support from the OEM (Peterbilt)

Cons

Corporate management seems to be completely disconnected from reality and unavailable. Local management is either non-existent or is between managers (revolving door because who wants to be micromanaged?). The bonus structure for motivating technicians and parts employees is ineffective to say the least and it shows!!! They almost never promote from within even when it is deserved. Most employees do not feel valued or feel that they can make a difference.
