Pros

Shop is air conditioned and clean

Cons

No pay/raise structure, strong nepotism, large bonus disparity (machinists/operators get 1/5th the bonus that project managers get, and it gets worse from there), micro-managing from upper mgmt, terrible shop morale due to upper mgmt practices, no sense of value within company, they think highly technical jobs/positions are entry level. Refuse to invest in employee training, and feel employees should "be happy to have the opportunity to work here" rather than get a raise for having acquired more skill/value for the company.
