Pros

money and bonus was a good start, and the benefits are out of this world.

Cons

Supervisors was only about themselves, They give you about 3 months to get with the program, and if you didn't catch on you were told you won't make it. The parts were big and bulky.

Pros

-They are a place to work. -Nice benefits.

Cons

-Doesn't put workers in positions to succeed. -Maintains a reactive instead of proactive response to problems even though they bite employer every year. -Only promotes people based on personal relations, does not do internal interviews. -Gave out raises to some employees while laying others off.

Incredible culture. Dedicated teams. Wonderful benefits. Opportunities for every level to participate & lead & grow. We work hard, long hours, but always something fun going on.

Cons

Long hours - lots of overtime.
