Pros

Good pay and good people to work with. All the supervisors are nice and helpful including the employees.

Cons

It was pretty far from my house. If you worked by the garage then it can suck during winter time because it goes up and down blowing freezing cold air in the morning.

Pros

Laid back environment. Nice and honest people and management. Premium health benefits.

Cons

Heavily dependent on the oil industry/rig count (good and bad). Disconnect between plant sites and headquarter management. Little opportunity for promotion and career growth.

Pros

Insurance only good thing they offer.

Cons

Management. Any chance they get they will bad mouth others to make them selves look good. Sadly it starts at the top and is filtered down. HR is a joke. First person to complain is always right. Never looks in to any situation.
