Pros

Great benefits. Production employees were very friendly and helpful in leaning the process and procedures.

Cons

Management doesn't seem to care of doesn't care to know what is going on as they are located in a different building.. The facility mgr at the time like to verbally intimidate the employees below him. Bad thing was management knew this and did nothing to correct this type of behavior from occurring. After seeing this type of practice I knew it wasn't the company for me and made a change.

Pros

Good health insurance, some supervisors were ok. They pay for your college tuition. Pay is average could be more for as large of a company as they are. Nice machines just wish they would use them to their full potential.

Cons

Your an “operator” your opinion doesn’t mean much at the hunting Fryeburg plant. There management needs improvement. You have to be related to someone to go anywhere in the company or be a ‘Dearborn’ legacy.
