Pros

They're so big and well maintained or isn't likely that they'll run out of work anytime soon.

Cons

Since there so big I felt as if they treated there employees like numbers and not equally.

eggs in one basket in USA, lacked big picture mentality, tied to British understanding (lack of) of oil and gas market

Pros

Good pay and good people to work with. All the supervisors are nice and helpful including the employees.

Cons

It was pretty far from my house. If you worked by the garage then it can suck during winter time because it goes up and down blowing freezing cold air in the morning.
