Medical insurance good, work/home balance was very good, nice facilities & tools to do the job. Paid vacation & sick days.

Cons

Management was the worst I have ever worked for, all the way from bottom to top. Majority of the managers were very inexperienced & would back stab each other plus employees, many lies & misinformation. I worked for them for 13 years & was layed off with absolutely no severance package whatsoever!!!!
