Pros

Good experience in oil & gas industry. Great for people seeking employement right out of college.

Cons

Low pay. If you are on salary they will not pay you over time and expect for you to work on weekends. Someone in corporate came up with a magically $4 million dollar number that this company must me every month, so they keep pulling money from the previous months buy paper shipping material and then invoicing their customers even though the material never really shipped. It's a completely unethical company. Always laying off.

Pros

Good stable company with good benefits. Enjoyed my time there.

Cons

Nepotism at all levels of the business. If you don't "click" with the right group, you are doomed.
