Pros

Great benefits, Good hours, continued education offered.

Cons

Management decisions are made based on friendships, not what is in the best interest of the facility (improving efficiency, quality, productivity, etc.)

Good company

Pros

I learned many things at this company. Work is strenuous and manual systems. Teaches you the ins of a system that might be heavily automated elsewhere. Overall, I left the company with a pretty good understanding which will help me somewhere else.

Cons

upper management has a habit of ignoring problems that'll stick wide in the clear. everyone just likes to ride the gravy train, but once business takes a hit, lots of finger-pointing happens.
