Pros

I've had a great supervisor, who has given me incredibly great advice. I have moved departments and positions pretty frequently, which allowed me to grow and learn more.

Cons

There is a huge problem with conflict here that just gets swept under the rug. There seems to be no real rules for some people and it doesn't go unnoticed by the rest of the staff. When really unethical things have happened, there seems to be no real consequences. At least not to the people not directly involved. It's just bad for morale.

Pros

Great Benefits. Rank and file workforce are, for the most part, great people!

Cons

Poor management with little consistency. They lie and cheat the employees. Don't listen to employee suggestions.

Pros

co-worker are great to work with. management is understanding just never have any answers. and work week is 5 days a week and weekends off...

Cons

hourly wages sucks they wave the beneifits over you since they pay 90% of the insurance. The management tells you one thing to get you in then says their hands are tied and takes back what they told you!!!!
