      Pros

      I learned many things at this company. Work is strenuous and manual systems. Teaches you the ins of a system that might be heavily automated elsewhere. Overall, I left the company with a pretty good understanding which will help me somewhere else.

      Cons

      upper management has a habit of ignoring problems that'll stick wide in the clear. everyone just likes to ride the gravy train, but once business takes a hit, lots of finger-pointing happens.

      Pros

      The benefits are amazing and it's fairly laid back. New management seems to want to implement change in the company.

      Cons

      Poor management, only friends and family of management advance, constant lay offs. Hourly wages are poor. Raises are non-existent. HR lead is the most disrespectful woman I've ever met.
