Pros

The type of work is very interesting and challenging. Management treats employees pretty well and will allow employee room to do the job . Health insurance plan is one of the best. Overall good place to work.

Cons

Main drawback is equipment , the CNC machines are in poor shape although the machine can produce quality parts . Most of the CNC mill have at least one issue such as an oil leak coolant leak etc

Pros

Flexible arrival times. They allowed a 15 minute window to arrive on time to work.

Cons

Management was condescending and didn't value employee input. Pay was very low. The only way to make a liveable wage is to work overtime, but that wasn't always available due to fluctuating oil prices. There's very little chance of promotion. Machinists were treated like second-class citizens. Night crew were treated as third-class citizens.
