Pros

co-worker are great to work with. management is understanding just never have any answers. and work week is 5 days a week and weekends off...

Cons

hourly wages sucks they wave the beneifits over you since they pay 90% of the insurance. The management tells you one thing to get you in then says their hands are tied and takes back what they told you!!!!

Pros

Benefits are good and 401k is healthy but only after the 1st year. Family oriented and employee event driven.

Cons

Management team needs to work together. They work against each other and don't have real leadership in bringing solutions to the table.

Pros

For the most part you get to work plenty of hours including overtime. Great benefits.

Cons

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Not organized at all. Just the location in Crosby but upper management not willing to do anything about it. A lot of sexual harassment and nothing done about it!
