      Decent benefits, 401K matching, Incentive possibilities (for some), hours are generally easy to work with, great coworkers

      Cons

      Policies always changing, then changing back, always say they want to help you advance but never really follow through, reviews and raises are a joke, sales expectation more of a focus than customer service

      Incentive Pay Sucks-Revenue

      Pros

      You get to work with other people who share the same beliefs that they took our pay away with this new incentive program. Have to earn REVENUE all month. This is the new buzz word going around, revenue. Have to earn at least $300 in revenue in order to receive any incentive.

      Cons

      You can't share your feelings with other co-workers or management. You will get nasty notes and emails from management to not talk to your neighbors.
