Pros

The company as a whole is very diverse and inclusive of all which is great! They are also flexible with time off and provide great benefits.

Cons

The pay under the market for this role, and the workload does not correlate to your pay. I was working 55-60 hours a week just trying to meet our monthly assignments and at the pay I was receiving, that’s not acceptable.
