GROSSLY UNDERPAID. I was an RN with 6 years of experience-- with a BSN and advanced licenses and certifications-- getting paid less than an RN with 1 year of experience with no advanced qualifications. Manager would not do anything about it.

They are great with their schedule. They are fair with time request for vacation. Great on overtime too .

They over load load you with patients at times. But not all the time.

The hospital is beautiful from the outside and inside the lobby.

Cons

Clocking in/clocking out is outdated. You phone in to clock in/out. During this pandemic, clocking in with a phone that everyone uses is disgusting. Why hasn’t this hospital looked into badging in to help decrease infection transmissions? Hello infection control? Oh yeah, there’s still carpet in the hallways of the units... imagine what’s living in the tiny little crevices. You can’t access Kronos from home. What’s the point of having workday AND Kronos? Pick one.
