Set your own hours, good teaching practice, teachers are mostly left to their own devices

You don't find out your schedule until noon each day, so there's a bit of limbo involved. Also sucks that you compete with other teachers for hours. Pay is embarrassingly low for a place that brags about its teachers all having advanced degrees.
