      Pros

      Employees are highly motivated, managers provide clear directions, and trust their employees to deliver. The work environment is upbeat and respectful. I have not met anyone who would not go out of their way to assist a colleague. Overall, Huntsman is made up of competent, kind, and effective associates, each of which does their part to add value to the company.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con so much as something to get used to; the company is very decentralized, which can, in some cases, create confusion.
