      Pros

      A steady paycheck, decent pay for the market. Decent benefits. Most co-workers are decent smart people.

      Cons

      Management is oblivious and doesn't hold anyone accountable. No flexibility to work from home if we aren't in a pandemic. Outdated culture, questionable hiring practices. Outdated equipment. Policies are not consistent.
