      Pros

      If you can work in harsh environments and don’t mind the Texas heat this will be a great resume builder. The pay is pretty high for the type of work.

      Cons

      Everyone is pretty much new. There are a lot of guys who’s only been there for 90 days. They don’t really look at your experience to put you in the best job they put you where they need you.
