entry level jobs are much more stable and you will get to learn more on these roles

Cons

More frequent layoffs starting from experienced levels and mid-managerial levels.. employee interests are only secondary.. I would not recommend this company if someone is looking for a long term career

You feel the positive energy and foundation of their great value system the moment you join Huntsman. This is clearly reflected all the way down from the top management. Although it is a public company, the family values continue to remain strong. They are encouraging and supportive of their employees and this really carries through to everyone being very motivated to do their jobs well and ensure success of the company. The work is tough and challenging but the environment makes it all worth it.

Cons

This is really a con - I just hope and encourage that they never loose sight of their core value and beliefs. This is the foundation that makes them strong and will continue to be a source of their strength and success.
