      You get opporutnity to meet customers and go to trade shows

      Cons

      No knowledge transfer. Closed-minded environment, cooperation is not nourished. Constant dismissal of people without any respect and humanity. Knowledge and talent do not count, but only profit. Higher managment does not care about benefits of their teams, but only about themselves.
