Gives good global working exposure.

Cons

1) Job security is a big issue at site, 2) Indian managers need to learn to how to work in MNCs 3)Site Management is biased, egoistic and shrude. You need to node yes in everything if you want to sustain. 4) Grouping of one particular company at Huntsman Baroda site which is a major polluting factor. 5) Site level politics will chock your personal value addition and growth.
