      Great Jobs. Lots of varied positions available worldwide. Vertical and horizontal mobility. Great Culture. Professional demeanor, intelligent approach, and respectable stances. Great Benefits. Excellent Salary match on retirement. Excellent and highly affordable Health and Life plans. Great Leadership. A sense of loyalty and reachability top down to the employees. Taking intelligent positions in the market and dealings while eliminating debt.

      Frequent mergers and acquisitions can add workload to existing ones.

      Pros

      Amazing benefits and sick leave. This year we all got a Xmas bonus of at least $1300 at the Hillsdale NSW Plant.

      Pros

      Depending on your supervisor, you may be self directed most of the time. This worked well for our area, but may not work for all. Good technical people supporting some technology roles, but many are retriring or retired.

      Cons

      Huntsman talks about a way of promoting engineers through a technical track, but it is all talk and no action. Too much reliance on pushing decisions to higher levels where non technical or even specific business managers have no say.
