      Good benefits, pay for some positions is low

      Hypocritical in following company core values, unprofessional behaviors, will do what is right for the environment and people as long as it doesn't cost any money.

      Pros

      Overall the company have nice benefit.

      Cons

      Management only care about production. Policies and procedures are in place for showing purpose. As long as the production continued, follow the policies and procedures are pure optional. And, every managers claim we did a wonderful job.
