      Pros

      Great company to work for with good benefits. I have a reasonable amount of flexibility in my position. (this depends in large part on your direct supervisor) Great people to work with. Integrity is very important to the company. I know things will be done ethically.

      Cons

      Pay is at the median level for most positions. Unless you are outside sales, routine work from home options are virtually nonexistent.

      Pros

      -Pay is very competitive and on par, if not better than average in this area -Small plant with a great tight knit family atmosphere -The people who run this plant make it what it is. We have a small footprint but we have the absolute best workforce throughout all the other Huntsman sites. I am biased but it is for good reason. -Opportunities for advancement/Growth potential

      Cons

      -Smaller plant, less recognition. -Lot of undeveloped land that could be better utilized for more processes.
