High ethical standards. Huntsman family uses profits to benefit many worthwhile charities. Good work / life balance, family oriented. Excellent benefits (immediate 10% company contribution to 401k if you put in 4% of pay, affordable medical plans, 2-6 weeks of vacation plus 11 holidays plus 5 paid personal days off per year, free disability coverage, good life insurance). Competitive salaries. All employees eligible for bonuses.

Cons

Frequent company restructuring. People tend to stay with company, which can limit promotion opportunities.
