Good people to work with. Good pay and benefits that other companies no longer offer. Good vacation time that grows over time. Huntsman is modernizing so your skills will be up to date.

Cons

Company is always downsizing so not much chance of advancement.

Training is rushed and they expect workers to hurry/ move quickly. Poor management, communications, training, it's either sink or swim. Management is racial.
