      A lot of smart, well-meaning people who care.

      Cons

      We were acquired by Huntsman and dismantled manager by manager. Old school culture with corp HQ mentality. Everyone outside HQ relegated to satellite status. IT security and Legal dept obstacles in way of innovation. Lotus notes. Lack of incentive pay.
