      Pros

      This was a good company, good management and well run by knowledgeable friendly people. I was really happy and proud to work for the company then and wanted to contribute.

      Cons

      The site now has new management and and has cut a lot of the original staff out and brought in a lot of their friends who do not have a clue on how to make pigment.Consequently the plant is hurting and is at risk.

      Pros

      Used to be a good place to work, managed by really friendly staff, the longer more experienced staff were superb. Salary was reasonable but could have been better

      Cons

      Really poor place to work now. Nobody with any experience and Senior Management seem to be running it with a bullying culture. Place is slowly getting destroyed by incompetent management
