Poor implementation ideas not transferred into actions. Each branch works almost seperately no team play across countries. Staff are kept uninformed until the very last minute and mislead. Several laid off without skilled management review, thus Decisions like this being made without rational or vision & room for alternate successful methods outside each managers spectrum. Lack of team say amongst changes implemented.
