Great communication up the chain. Everyone is interested in seeing the individual grow and move up. Everyone works together to ensure vacation and days off happen. Everyone works together to achieve goals and standards. It's a great feeling knowing that some of the profits are benefitting charities and cancer research.

Cons

At times there are long hours and long days.

Good company to work for in the chemical industry. Very good products and good brand recognition helps you a lot when you are before customers.

Cons

Organizational changes every 2-3 years sometimes mess up the structure and give everyone hard times. The company hyas transformed very much in the past 5 years which deteriorated the business climate. So, long term career planning is not easy any more.

Where do I start. The IT Org lead by the CIO and Director and minions spends 90% of time making sure they manage each other instead of actually managing the IT work and providing services to the users and when they need to make a decision everyone is involved from all level making it impossible to actually accomplish anything. My experience with this company was very negative given the above and especially since they advertise themselves as a family company and boast about caring about employees when in fact its the Opposite. Senior managers are not senior and incompetent still managing IT using processes used 10 years ago and convinced they are doing it right. Sincere advice stay away from this company and save yourself the headache.
