Huntsman has great work culture. They are best in what they do. Top management is very good. They will reward if you perform well.

Cons

Growth in the company is not that good because overall industry in which they are not doing good. Cross functional learning in low.

No hope for growth for the young generations, no trainings provided, no rewards If you are looking for a place to innovate, work somewhere else No career future for women in this company
