Employees are treated with respect. The management is generally efficient. The hours are not too long so a work-life balance can be achieving while working here.

Cons

The office atmosphere is a bit uptight. Though large part of the office is in open space (except that the managers have their individual office), the office can be awfully quite sometimes. Many employees seem reserved don't want to have the slightest interaction with you.
