Upper level managers at akron plant lie to cover their own a**. Superintendents are the scapegoats.production workers are the village idiots. Place is dysfunctional. Outdated equipment.Run to fail. Profit over people. No accountability for management but for the village idiots-watch your a**.

Great place to work, with a career growth mentality. They care for the staff and supply a modern and supportive work environment with a Hybrid working options.

Cons

This is a global organization and in keeping with that the organization has relocated a large number of shared service positions out of the country, mine included.
