      Pros

      It is really hard to find a description with more than five words that define "nothing." The geographic location of the site, perhaps.

      Cons

      -Total toxic work environment -Privileges based on ethnic and race instead of competences -Lack of core values, even none (except the money, Lebowski) -Unfriendly employee competition -back to point 3- -No clear management views, close to none -Absolutely no pricing management, but they sack people over budget issues -Lying management about purpose and work description -No established work instruction and environment, not ISO complaint on any field -Very little collegiality -Very poor language skills within the company, even very poor professional qualities, never was I surrounded by so many idiots -Bad cantine food
