Modern offices, time flexibility, family oriented.

Cons

Low DEI, exceptionally conservative politically, elitist. Does not know how to interpret failure, prefers to hide it instead of learning from mistakes and taking proper initiatives to grow. Leadership takes company assets and resources for personal use and, to balance loses they cut and squeeze workforce to report balanced PNL to investors.

I enjoyed working with the people. Most of them genuinely want to be successful.

Cons

The company has no structure, you literally sink or swim. This is on all levels from higher management down. They just had a huge layoff in 2022 sending most jobs Internationally
