There are no defined ways to measure your KPIs so you could get fired with no reason using the performance as an excuse. (Not my case but I have seen it).
The environment is stressful. They expect you to do your job and everyone else’s too since the processes are not clearly defined and “is your job to fix it.”
The yearly performance reviews are bias. They set different goals for every employee and the “minimum” to get a standard qualification is to do a lot of extra job and projects that are not part of your role description.
A lot of roles are “hybrid”, so they can get a person to do extra job and pay them less.
It is allowed to scream to your employees as long as you’re a manager that handle “good projects” for the company
They allowed people to do xenophobic and sarcastic comments, since you can just “not listen to them” or “not take them seriously”
If you express discomfort, they will tell you you are “too emotional” and will say you are a “problematic employee”. And also, they will tell your co-workers to not be really close to you since “you contaminate the environment”.
HR won’t be doing nothing about this and only do interviews to people that leaves the company that they know will not affect their image.
If you are good at your job, your compensation will be to do even more job.
They will always expect you work after hours.
You can be a bad employee since they keep boot lickers over good employees that deliver good results.
