      Atmosphere amongst (lower ranked) colleagues.

      Cons

      Salary Nothing is done for employees already in function, even though employees are said to be important. Better to be a new hire. Goals are very ambitious. (realistic?)

      Nice working environment Safety is always the first thing to keep in mind no matter what you will do Nice benefits, especially dental allowance

      Cons

      Not too diverse in Thailand site Lots of paperwork it's been only 30 days so I can't think of any other downsides
