      Pros

      - big corporation - possibility to rise within company

      Cons

      - very poor internal governance - enormous pressure due to pressure being handed all the way through top to bottom - little or no team spirit at all - newbies are left to own devices - employees are expected to take devices on personal holiday to check emails (!)

      Woodlands office location is good, all is well if you know the right people

      Cons

      Having worked in other big chemical companies, I will definitely say Huntsman is NOT a good company to work for. They care less about employees and zero effort on retaining talent. The pay is not good compared to peer companies. I worked there for six years and my entire team that I worked with all got laid off/ asked to leave. Will never recommend anyone (especially young engineers - you will find much better outside opportunities)
