      decent benefit and pay. Office is very nice.

      Cons

      Unless you are whites, the middle management level is full of racists and only promote/hire white people. Do nothing culture - if you try to improve the process/quality/efficiency, you are an enemy of lots of do-nothing mentality people, including your own manager. Incompetent management - lazy and do-nothing. Your skills and talent will be wasted in this company.

      Pros

      The people at all levels are friendly and helpful when asked. The tasks are meaningful, necessary, and understandable. Requests for software to do the task at hand are quickly granted. The facility is first class.

      Cons

      The distance from home to work is a bit longer than I would like to drive, but the roads are good and the traffic is tolerable. The length of assignment isn't as long as I would like.
