Conroe Texas Plant Lots of overtime. Understaffed in production and over staffed in management and supervision.

Cons

To many supervisors and not enough experience operators. Dated technology, dated culture, lacks diversity in management , supervision and production at the Conroe Texas plant.

A proces Operator work is easy. Pay ranges from 28.75 to 42 an hour

Cons

They over work operators. The OT that an operator will put in is 500 plus a year some put in 1000 hours OT. This job will fire you fast they do not care if you been there 15 years or more
