Pros

Relaxed work atmosphere sometimes. Outdated interior

Cons

Grossly underpay their employees. They take the average salary and peel away a good percentage. Then tell you they like to bring people in and bring them up that way. That doesn't happen. You will work whole career sorely underpaid.

Pros

Hurco has some great teams to work with. Employees are somewhat laid back. Employees are welcoming as a new hire. Depending on your position, you can pick and choose the times you want to start which is pretty convenient. Benefits are pretty good.

Cons

Hurco has very low pay. Extra work with no increase in pay or help. Hurco isn't big on working from home.

Pros

Insurance offered and 401K matched. Some very good people who work at this company. Company tends fo take advantage of employees.

Cons

Pay is very low, a lot of employees have to work side jobs to pay their bills. Not a very professional management team or business. The company does not pay their debts timely and not managed well by upper management.
