      At the employee level, there are a lot of super smart, thoughtful people motivated to do work that matters.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, my experience was one of Huron hiring a new group of super smart, thoughtful people, then not properly supporting the team as it looked to get established, eventually eliminating the team altogether after only six months. This was especially painful since the recruiter and hiring manager repeatedly communicated that the firm was committed to funding the team for at least two years.
