      Fully remote, not a crazy workload

      Cons

      Cons are lack of management in any way, no mentoring or growth. Coach won't explain how things work or even give you access to items you need. Also frequent layoffs

      Good work life balance. Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      Promotions are based on who you know, not what you know. Projects suck - if they like you’ll it’s fine but if they don’t projects are bad. There are no growth opportunities here

      You can work as hard as you wish. It is a good place to advance your career up to Senior Director.

      Cons

      Too little experience as an operator; most have only worked at Huron and never on the client side. One-sided approach. Perches culture but overlooks terrible performers that tear down the culture.
