      The culture supports learning and certifications.

      Cons

      The pace of work is very fast and it's challenging to keep up. Also, the matrix organization of a consulting firm can make it hard to figure out boundaries/role since you don't have a single manager.

      Tremendous opportunity to gain experience in a fast paced environment. Talented colleagues. Interesting assignments.

      Cons

      If you are a top seller, you can live outside the company's stated values. While the company has an excellent track record for hiring diverse candidates behaviors bordering on bullying do persist and continue long after initial reports through the chain of command.

      Lack of diversity and lots of unconscious bias that is not usually recognized; if it is recognized then it is not corrected You can hit a plateau very easily Leadership is very risk averse and wants to do the same thing that they have done since inception
